James Weldon Johnson's cycle of poetry God's Trombones has been beloved for generations. Join us for a reading performance of this great work. Readers Bronson James and Alice Merck will be joined by the Cathedral Choirs and pianist Jerry Hardy as settings of familiar spirituals and gospel songs intersperse the poetry.
A free-will offering will be received to benefit aid in Haiti through the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund.
